At Cotton Estate, we're committed to delivering your premium bedding and home goods quickly and safely.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer two shipping options:

• Economy Shipping
  • $6.00 flat rate (5-7 business days delivery)
• Expedited Shipping
  • Rates calculated based on your location at checkout (2-3 business days delivery)

Shipping Locations We currently ship to all addresses within the United States.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Delivery Timeframes Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to carrier issues beyond our control.

In-Person Pickup Items purchased at our pop-up events are available for immediate pickup and do not include shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@cotton-estate.com with your order number and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
