At Cotton Estate, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your premium bedding or home goods, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Items
- Blankets, bedding, and home goods in original condition
- Items with tags attached and in original packaging
- Products that have not been washed, used, or altered
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased at pop-up events (final sale)
- Candles that have been burned
- Products marked as final sale or clearance
- Items without original packaging or tags
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@cotton-estate.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
